Bought a $75 vape kit. Was told that if I had any problems within the first 30 days to return it and they would exchange it as long as I had all original pieces and that the unit was in relatively fair condition. 27 days after purchase I had to do just that. That was on March 29th. Today is April 14th and I have yet to receive a replacement unit. I did stop in one week after they originally took my unit and was actually tried to be sold a different unit that in total would have cost more than the original one I bought. Plus, I had already purchased a nearly identical unit somewhere else for almost half the cost of what they were trying to sell me theirs for. This while still having yet to replace the original unit I had brought in to have warrantied. I've written it up as a loss and hope they change their business practices or they probably won't be in business very much longer.
