I've always bought my cigars from this location. Excellent pricing and excellent selection. This past week, my wife and I had friends visiting from Tennessee. My wife knew I bought my cigars there and they came home with a few Perdomo 20th Anniversary's and a new Colibri lighter for my buddy. The store attendant told them to keep it empty since they'd be flying in a couple days, and TSA wouldn't allow a filled torch through security. They kept it empty. While going through TSA, they confiscated the brand new lighter in the box, completely empty. $75 down the drain (more likely in that TSA agent's pocket but that's another issue) Today, my buddy called me and said that Tobacco Depot is making it right and sending him a new lighter at no charge. Talk about treating a customer right! I've always told everyone that this is an outstanding store. I now have another reason to brag. Thank you very much. You are an outstanding business.

Amazing!..I Have always enjoyed smoking a cigar from time to time and felt a little timid going in. The young guy with long hair and the girl with blonde hair were extremely knowledgeable and help me pick out a few cigars. They were even kind enough to enlighten me on a ton of information including how to re-hydrate some older cigars! I felt welcomed and they were very inviting!!!!!!!!!! I never leave reviews but felt I had too for this experience... See you all soon!!!!!

They would not accept cash and the cashier did not understand that what I was buying was for me since I’m 18. Would not recommend people to go there

Great store with very knowledgeable, courteous, and fun emoloyees. Spacious lounge with plenty of seating. Regulars are an enjoy to chat with. Overall an awesome store from a great company
