The staff here is always so helpful, and honestly I’m here every week buying juice or getting suggestions from them. Every time they see me it’s always a “Welcome back” and I laugh every time I love it here keep up the good work !

Definitely a great Vape shop! I live in the area and was looking for a good shop to buy my coils and liquid from and today I definitely found it. The gentlemen there are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Yesterday on July 28, 2017 I walked into vapor shark to get a new coil. A young man by the name of Anthony attended me and confidently gave me what look like to be my replacement for my device. When I got home to replace my coil I immediately realized that he had gave me the wrong one. I called a friend of mine who works at vapor shark at the Kendall location and he informed me that they might not be able to do anything because the package was already open. I came back this morning July 29, 2017 and a gentleman by the name of Chris immediately offered to give me the correct coil. I was so relieved that Chris was able to fix the problem. Thank you so much Chris for your customer service, it truly was greatly appreciated.
