The woman running this store is ignorant and lacks any professionalism. Bought a vape and tried it for a couple days. It wouldn't stop leaking and the spare coil was dead. When I went back to get an exchange or refund she talked in circles about how it needed thicker juice that they didn't have. I asked why she sold me a vape with juice that was to thin if that was the problem. Never got an answer. She just talked in circles and then said i don't know what you expect me to do. I said maker it right. A new vape or a refund. She said nothing wrong with the vape just needs thicker juice.... Went to Vapor This Florida where Monica helped me get my vape right even though i didn't buy it there.

Pretty disappointed! purchased the wrong thing and walked in less than 2o minutes later they wouldn't exchange or work me at all. Needless to say customer service is not their strong suit
