Horrible overall experience, I called before hand to buy a product and they told me they had stock.I drive down and the front desk lady had such a bad attitude.considering she’s working with customers that shouldn’t happen. They didn’t en up having my product and I asked for a different option and she rudely kept denying to help me. Overall they’re customer services is the worse.i wish I got the name of the young lady to later call and speak to the manager. No one should ever be treated with that negative attitude, truly made my day worse. If I could I would give it a 0.

I would have gave 0 stars but it wasn't an option. I called in before I went to see if they were open. They told me that the were open but was only doing curb side assistance. I then drove to the store and called. The manager of the store told me that they are closed and the person that told me that was wrong. GAS ISN'T FREE

I went in today while my food was being prepared next door. I was greeted by Cat(Kat?) and I told her I was just killing time. Even though she knew I wasn’t a sale. She asked me if I had questions and answered everything with so much detail and knowledge. Definitely first class customer service. I would go back and recommend this store to all in the market for Vape products. Thanks for your courteous customer service. I wish everywhere I went was so pleasant.
