# Number 1 Vap staff and store My husband and I have been going here for years! We recently had a problem with one of our liquids, they gave us replacement liquid and apologized for the inconvenience! They definitely take care of their customers! Thank you again!

Horrible customer service my boyfriend took his pen there to get fixed so he left it there and the guy said he would call us when the guy looks at it. He never called and got fired yesterday.wth. he took his pen with him we are not going back unless we get reimbursed for the 60 dollar pen he took.we were really good customer but that is just ridiculous.
