CLOSED A/O May 2015 Sad! Great selection, great service. Jim Bennington has been in business a long time, and he focuses on the customer. If he doesn't have what you want, he will get it for you at a reasonable price. The lounge is great fun almost any day of the week and the selection of Pipe tobacco is one of the best in Florida. All around a great place. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Cigars.

I hadn't been to Bennington Tobacco in a couple of years, buying my tobacco on the Internet was more convenient. I had let my supply of latakia based tobacco get too low to wait. So I called the Boca store to see if they had a comparable blend. Figured I'd take a ride down. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they had closed the Boca store a short while ago, but the Sarasota store was still operating. This is truly sad news, and I suppose a reflection of our failing economy. So many stores/business closed in the past 10 years.

I was looking for a traditional tobacco shop and I was pleasantly surprised to find it! What a beautiful establishment. Very welcoming and good selection of cigars, pipes and tobacco. I recommend visiting it. Great man cave! They also ship world wide.

My husband Ron has been a customer at Benningtons for 30 years. A beautiful shop with nice displays and a wonderful aroma. A nice staff and located in a beautiful plaza. Go for a visit and have a relaxing meal in one of the nearby restaurants.
