A decent cigar shop with a decent selection in the humidor. Plenty of supplies as well. They also have all the needs for the pipe smoking and vaping crowd. Not the most accommodating Lounge to sit in, but it fits the purpose for the location it is.

Though this specific shop didn't have what I was looking for, multiple other low ball louie's have. Always a decent variety of smokers delights to browse through. Friendly atmosphere and I don't feel crowded or hovered upon at all. I hate hoverers!

I am sorry that I have to give this rating but I feel that people have to be aware of the policies at this store. The service is good and there is a great selection of pipes and tobacco, but the problem is with vaping supplies. I bought a Vision Spinner and charger and within one (1) week I began having problems. First, the USB charger does not work as advertised. The charge times are excessive and there is no light to tell when charging is complete. I was told by an employee that a full charge can take 24 hours. This is unacceptable. Second, I purchased two (2) new coils that were of an older design. When these did not work I took them to the store for troubleshooting. Both were deemed to be inoperative and a third was pulled from the display case and tested. This one worked (after some time) but did not perform as well as the coil it replaced. The employee told me that the two inoperative coils could not be replaced but she would (give) me the one she installed. The vape products here seem to be of low quality and the store DOES NOT replace or refund, even when they acknowledge that the product did not work when purchased. All that is offered is a shoulder shrug. DO NOT PURCHASE VAPING ACCESSORIES FROM THIS STORE.
