This place is Incredible. I’m am trying to quit smoking so I decided this would be a great alternative. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and automatically felt comfortable and began talking with Cordell. I explained what I was looking for and he had a great option for me. He explained everything so that I would make the right decision. Another Gentlemen Carlos also gave me several options which was Awesome. I felt like I was given every choice available and they did not pressure me while making my decision. I made my purchase and Cordell took the time to explain and show me how to operate the device. Carlos took the time to show me the device he was using as well. I highly recommend this shop. Great customer service and a huge selection to choose from. Thank you Cordell and Carlos for taking care of me. It’s great to go into a business and feel like you are the priority. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

First time in the shop today, and I was impressed! The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helped to make sure I was getting the right equipment. Great recommendations on future purchases too! Great experience!

I have been going to Cloud Factory for over a year , followed them when they moved. Everyone i have encountered has been professional and helpful. Today I came in for some juice and LOS helped me out, Didn't know he worked here. Thanks nephew. 5 Stars. Until next time Keep Clouding up the Factory.
