Helpful, ready to go out of their way to help; greeted as soon as I'd opened the door. Staff were knowledgeable about their stock and where to find what i was after, in their humidor. Extra cudos that they sell 70 & 80 ring cigars.

Friendly, down to earth staff. Like any good cigar lounge, there is an interesting group of regulars who are always willing to engage in friendly banter. Selection of cigars and pipes is decent but Georgetown Tobacco excels at accessories. Hand carved walking canes, cigar lighters, humidors, pocket knives, cufflinks, etc.

Great, friendly service every time I come by. Actually just had a cashier chase me into the street because I'm an idiot and left my credit card in the store. You can tell the staff are treated well and like the work.
