I have spent hundreds of dollars here and never complained, however the one time i did have an issue the employees tried to brush me off. During the covid lock down i ordered juice and a set of coils from them over the phone and i have not received my package after over 2 weeks. I called them and they said they were unable to help, directing me to call back tomorrow when someone could. After speaking to the next employee the following day I was informed my package was already delivered. I was then told to email corporate if i had a problem, until i threatened a charge back on my credit card. I was then told they would call corporate and have not gotten a reply.

The rep I had to deal with was completely devoid of personality and genuinely seemed like he didn’t wanna be there at all. Also they really don’t have a wide selection of flavors. This store feels on its last legs.

Place has awesome knowledgable staff and 90% of the time my vape juice is available. Their stock of devices and flavors are nice. They also have CBD item's available now.

I've been a customer of Unreal Vapors in Middletown for about a year and a half and I've never had an issue whatsoever with "poor" service - everyone has always been friendly and helpful enough - but today, I had an exceptional experience. From start to finish, Rocco went above and beyond to make sure that I was purchasing the right equipment for my specific needs (I'm an idiot who has broken like 30 Vapes in 18 months, so I needed something on the tougher side). He was professional, affable, and extremely knowledgeable. He relayed all of the nuances and characteristics of the product I was interested in purchasing without being too techy or dry. Rocco also pointed out to me that I had reached my point goal (Unreal Vapors has a rewards program), so I was able to get a 120ml bottle of their house brand juice (Goblin..he said it mimics Hi-Ci Ecto Cooler, which was the coolest thing I've ever heard anyone say about flavored nicotine) for $10. Needless to say, I highly recommend the place - especially, after today's experience.
