I was disappointed by this place because wow the staff appeared knowledgeable and the store is nicely set up, clean and well-stocked, the product left something to be desired. The humidor is apparently not consistently monitored and once I got home I noticed many of the cigars I purchased were dry. This was more annoying since they were some high-end Padrone's.
