I Got U Vape on 8947 Washington St
I've been going here since I moved to the area about 6 months ago. Their selection was decent and their prices are okay. The customer service though, is terrible. Here's why: - Walked in, asked if they had a replacement coil or my e-cig. Guy said come back Tuesday, so I came back Tuesday, guy said "Oh, we don't really have any and I don't know when we will. This has happened three separate times. - Walked in to get some e-juice, I see the dude is helping some people out, that's fine it's good the place was busy, helps business and keeps them in business. However, the guy was flat rude, people came in after I did, he helps them out, helps others out and then makes his way on over to me. I ask for a simple bottle of e-juice, the guy tells me "I'll check you out right over there." So I wait, the guy talks to some other people before getting over to the register. Man, I just want some e-juice to get on with my weekend, If you didn't want my weekly business just tell me. I'll take my weekly business down the street and give them my money.

Excellent staff working at this shop. They are very familiar with their extensive juice selection, and sell high quality mods and mechs. I have been going to this shop for a while now and everyone that works there is very friendly. Not to mention the place itself is quite clean and spacious. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, and after one visit I'm sure you'll find yourself coming back.

Jose is a wealth of knowledge and the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is my new go to spot! Thanks for the excellent service. I often go here because the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to help solve problems and/or get to the bottom of an issue. They carry a great selection of premium juices, most coils, and a great variety of mods. The owner is often present and will make it right, if something you purchase is not to your expectations.

Quick and knowledgeable service, clean and welcoming shop with attentive staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The guy at the counter recommended a particular juice based on the flavors I told him I like and it's spot on. Good prices too. I'll definitely keep this shop in mind for future purchases.

Super helpful and friendly shop! Even the customers here are super nice and helpful! I had 5 people help me pick a new mod that would work with my RDA, and only two of them actually worked there, but they all pointed me to the same mod and I'm very impressed by the new mod. Great experience everytime i come here!
