Owner is unprofessional and rude. I bought one pack on my card. I realized after paying that I could afford another. I tried to pay with card again and the owner got very angry about it. I offered cash to pay for a lighter I got on credit the last week and he gets mad, tells me it was a gift... I won't be going back to this shop. Further more not helpful when looking for cigs. I asked for camel crush blacks and we got in a argument about the colors of the pack. Not acceptable for a color blind customer.

The store owner came off very rude. He charges you extra if you pay with a card which is absurd. His selection is low and his professionalism is lacking. I have came here twice with the same experience and am safe to tell you I will not go back to this mediocre store.

This place is awsome, i have no idea what the people in the reveiw section are talking about, the owner was very respectful and helpful. He was nice to everyone else i saw at the counter as well. Now as far as selection goes he has more variety than any other tabbaco outlet in falcon. He keeps all cigarrellos in a humidifier so there fresh and taste so much better than any other store cause there going stale. As far as prices go he's got the best in falcon as well. All two packs of swishers are 99 cents. This is where i will get all my tabbacco products as long as im here in falcon.

Great staff the cear and are great on giving you their knowledge on their products and actually care about partaking in your questions on their products the only problem I have is one staff member the female who is sometimes really careless about her job and just some times rude about everything mostly when the two owners are not there !

A friend of mine went in today and was looking at cigars and the guy working was as rude as ever. Told my friend to go in the humidor and look around. Then proceeded to cuss him out for picking up a box of cigars to look at. Then continued to swear at him so he left and the worker went out after him and started taking pictures of him. I will never go back
