Staff is super helpful and got me out of there with superior for 3/4 what I was quoted by another shop. Took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Would recommend to a friend.

The owner and staff are fantastic! All of them will show you how to use anything you are interested in purchasing. They are interested in the customer being happy. Prices are comparable to other shops but the customer is number one!

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could, however, the last few times I have been in, I have had horrible experiences and it's the same red haired girl every time I come in. She always has a terrible don't give a damn about customers attitude and when customers leave, I've heard her say negative things about customers. I've called in many times to see if certain lines of juice have come in and everytime I'm told by the same girl they will come in tomorrow, I've checked back multiple times and what I want doesn't arrive. I've been sold the coil things for my tank that didn't fire and when I called to see if I could get the right ones I'm told to come in and there's never any in stock. I love mad mountain, I just don't love the customer service I have recieved my last few visits.

Sold me a used rig that leaks everywhere. An was super friendly when I went to spend big bucks but when I went in to buy new juice was to busy Chatting with high schoolers trying to be cool. An got sold expired juice. Will not return or refer this place to anyone.

Hate it there, nothing but a bunch of punk kids talking trash and working there the only thing this place had going for it was some decent e juice. I might go back as soon as they start chasing the little high school kids from there. The are better vape shops in town.
