The staff was extremely helpful when describing different nicotine pens to us and how they work. They have an amazing selection and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to everything from vape pens to kratom to water pipes. Loved spending my money here!- something i cant often say. I am adding to this review because I do not know how to post another. Upon returning to the store several times I can confidently say my five star rating sticks. Employees are extremely helpful, not overly pushy, and will work with you to meet your needs. Although the price here is a little higher than other places i have seen, there is nowhere better to get truly high quality sturdy glass.

The guys here are always great and attentive! They have recommended awesome products! I live closer to another Headed West but I come here because of the service I receive. You guys are the best!!!!

Always friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of products. Fair prices. They don't overcharge for anything they sell. You get greeted and helped quickly regardless of how busy they are, plus great hours of operation.

I have been here a few times with my girlfriend and every-time the staff and knowledgeable and friendly. They provide you documentation of different times of Vape Liquid and also provide you with information about products that can help with pain like CBD or KR. Go here first if you are new to the scene like I am/was and you will leave happy.

Had my Kratom 2000 miles away.. Loved em for it:) no great people, got a nice bubbler guy threw in a nice case to help me get it back safe.. I recommend for sure

Really awesome. Went in yesterday had a great experience. One of the things I had bought though wasn’t working out the box so I had to go back today and return it for a new one and had no issues doing so. Everyone I encountered their was really nice
