I want to leave a good review. Cause I really used to love this place, but they have had some issues with the new staff. The tall one tends to keep his friends in the store at all times, and they love to give unwanted advice and opinions all the time. Most of which are wrong, or at the very least uninformed. The women gives wrong information on a daily basis. And the other one that's been there a while is arrogant and rude. It didn't used to be this way. But, over time it's gotten worse. I won't return. Vapor Core or Things That Bubble for me. They may be more expensive, but the service is far better.

Great selection of house and wholesale juices. No one beats their prices that ive found in Greeley. They also carry an affordable CBD selection. Good variety of gear as well. Staff is knowledgeable about all the products.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Staff is extremely rude went to get a coil for my vape and was told to leave my two kids outside where not only is it 40 degrees out but there’s a possibly the could have got taken hit by a car whatever. I don’t get it since I had been in there before with them and never once told to leave them outside before. They need to go don’t say one thing then another. I will only ever shop at smokers depot better experience all around and way way way better to me period never once have I been told to leave my kids outside where anything could happen.

Just went in here and bought juice and pack of coils. Went home and accidentally broke the glass ring outside of my tank. Went back about 5 minutes later to either buy a new encasement or a new tank. Turns out they didn't have the glass ring to replace the old one so I pick out a new tank. Ask if I can return the old coils and buy the new tank and the guy behind the counter in a smart ass way says "we don't have buyers remorse here." That does not fly with me...what kind of small business says that to a loyal customer. Needless to say I told the extremely nice girl behind the counter to put the tank back and had a few choice words with the punk guy behind the counter. I will not be coming back here.
