their customer service is garbage. i brought up a small complaint and the guy working there said "oh well that sucks" and refused to help make the situation better. he didn't want to do anything, probably shouldn't be in customer service if you're that rude. the fact that he didn't even attempt to make the situation better pisses me even more. i could've tipped someone else better than him, never coming back.

Came in as an absolute newbie. I want to quit smoking so I'm going to try vaping. Had no idea what I was doing, but the staff was AMAZING! I got so much help learning the basics, was pointed to an awesome setup, had everything explained about how it works -- down to helping me pick out just the right juice. It was such a great experience. AND I got some very kind encouragement to help me feel confident that I CAN quit smoking. I recommend Red Star!!

Found red star in Greeley about 8 months to a year ago . These guys are amazingly priced , plus get this ! They have great and knowledgeable staff . Polite and friendly . They know there stuff and don’t try to oversell you most the time lol . Any way get products amazing flavors and friendly helpful environment that will always keep me coming back .
