I'd give you guys zero stars if it was possible. Y'all say that you are open until 7. But you shut the door in my face at 6:45. Really great customer service at Rusty's pile of needles! Good thing I never gave you my business and will continue to go elsewhere.

The nice lady who takes her doh to the zoo sold me a SMOK OSUB Mini Kit. She was very helpful and I love this product. Thank you for the great service!

I knew what i wanted. I would have been in the store for 10 minutes max. I was going to spend over $100.00. Rusty, or who I assume to be Rusty, slammed the door in my face during operating hours, saying "we're closed". It was 6:45 they close at 7:00 I will not return or bring any business to this establishment.

The staff is pretty chill here. I always visit for the raw cones and locally produced glass pipes.
