Awesome staff and atmosphere. Helped me get started to quit smoking. When I had trouble with filling, I was assisted and taught how to do properly and am now cigarette free! Won't even consider going anywhere else! Thanks Chaz!!

purchased a battery & it crapped out a few days later, took it back & they gave me a new one (great service!!) same problems with that battery as well, now they tell me my mod is no good, why does it work just fine with my old battery??? juice is as they say organic, really good however the juice clogs up my coils & I burn thru them fast, & fast is less than 5 days. not good. I like the fact that the couple that owns the store support our military & he is a veteran which makes giving them 1 star difficult however 2 batteries & the same crappy results & then being given a lame excuse vs being helpful does not cut it. the owner she is pleasant along with some of the staff but the knowledge seems limited & please get quality batteries vs cheap garbage

Of the many vape shops I've check out in the Springs, White Horse has made it high up on my list. I like to eliminate bias, having yet to "claim allegiance" to any specific shop, but these guys are working on being that for me. They have a great location, super clean, updated, open shop, inviting and knowledgeable staff (questions on builds, oils, mods, tanks, etc are easily resolved here), and a delightful selection of juices. When a business takes pride in what they are doing it is apparent in their presentation and customer base, and this shop has established that. They also have a great opportunity to grow and cater to a greater variety of customers, regarding mod, tip, and tank selection, but definitely check them out, strike up some conversation, learn about the business, and enjoy!
