Have been buying my juice from Vape Craft for over a year now and always been happy with the product, both value and quality. Recently had an order issue but it was resolved promptly and beyond my expectations. Vape Craft has become my "go to" juice company and I want to personally thank Tara for resolving my issue. Nice flavours; (usually) a nice, fast shipping time; had some issues with my last order with shipping, but customer service was quick with a reply. My last order also had an issue with one of the bottles, and they compensated me for it. I've only ordered a few times, but the juice is cheap in price and rich in flavour. Not the biggest selection of flavours (as of yet), but it's well worth it for the ones they do have. Easy to become a regular buyer from them when they have deals going on A LOT as well. Usually really good ones.

Great customer service, very friendly. I had 1 complication with an order that they resolved right away. Very fast shipping. My order arrived in less than 3 days from CA to NY. I love their flavors. No complaints, but I do wish they offered Max VG since PG tends to give me pain in my calf muscles for some reason, but 70 VG 30 PG is definitely very flavorful.

Deleted my previous review on this company , there customer service helped me after buying juice from them , this business is legit , there juices may need time to steep , the flavors were excellent , imo though hopefully you have some juice already and can let this juice steep awhile if needed , they say not all juice here needs to steep but mine sure did , at least 3 weeks. But there customer service is great and willing to help you.

We placed an order last week got here super fast that's why they got 3 stars. One of the bottles was wrong completely wrong juice no problem they emailed a shipping label to ship it back and would send what we ordered. Well out of the 6 bottles all 120ml one was cloudy like bad cloudy they said it's freshly mixed it just needs to sit a week.... I've made my own juice before this is so not true I'm not a fool. Is what it is the juice tastes good just won't order again.
