So last night at 945 pm my vape broke down on me. I cant go a night without it, dramatic i know. Luckily this place is 10 minutes from me so I raced over. I called them on my way at 9:55, told them I would be there in 5 minutes, right at closing time, but I was super desperate so if they would stay open the extra couple minutes I would appreciate it. I knew exactly what i wanted, i could have been in and out in 2 minutes, and I would be spending a couple hundred dollars. So I figured I would write a review in hopes of the owner seeing that they once again lost my business. I was at the front door at 10 pm exactly, credit card out and ready to swipe, they didnt even need to let me in. And they surely didnt, they adamantly refused my business. Fortunately I called a place on Soledad/Sierra that WAS willing to stay open a few extra minutes, and i spent my $250 there.

I came in here three weeks ago and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me set up on my first vape mod and everything I need to start vaping. The prices here is very cheap compared to some other vape shops I stopped by. I'm doing all my business here.

This is the only place I go for all of my vaping needs. I buy all my juices all my coils even several different mods and tanks from them. I'm completely loyal to them because they are really cool to me and help me set up my stuff when I'm not sure how. And a lot of times they have some really great deals on juices so I go there to clean up and get good deals on my vape juice. All these other places in this Valley most of them have no idea what they're talking about they will sell you anything just to get your money and then if you go back and some broken or your confused will be like no you're not my fault we no have to help you. It's not like that at The Vapor Department. They're always there to help always answer your questions and they just kind of always go the extra mile
