The owner lied to my Husband; he stated it is "Illegal" to sell 10 individual packs of cigarettes that are 50 cents a pack off when he refused to give the same discount on a 10 pack Carton. He said selling individual packs would be "Illegal. Clearly this is not true, and the owner is lying to customers about the law for his own profit.
