Worst glass shop in all of Thousand Oaks. You're better off finding a piece in the dumpster behind a gas station. Everything is extremely marked up, small selection, dismissive staff behind the counters, everything about this shop will lead you to an awful glass buying experience. You're better off going to Wildside right down the street

Love this place. Been coming here for years, as it is one of the only shops with a decent sized selection. The staff is always very friendly and not pushy when attempting to upsell, which is something every retail employee is trained to do. I know I can replace any broken piece by visiting this store and they are always helpful in finding the most practical product for my situation. I hope they stick around for a long time, as I am a frequent visitor!

Overpriced. Worst Service. They pretend to not understand every question asked. Often they will charge 2.5-3x regular price. Understaffed. Very drab experience. They have ROOR knockoffs called POOP that they proudly display?? Why? They are open late. Plan ahead and go someplace else. Useless and Sad.
