The customer service here is exceptional! I was having an issue with my mood saying I had no atomizer. The clerk Matthew took a half hour diagnosing and troubleshooting my problem (it ended up being something weird with my batteries) and got it working again. I'm very grateful that he was so thorough. I highly recommend Vape 101! Thank you!

I bought an aspire breeze today from this shop. Although I'm very happy with my purchase, I searched online for some accessories, I ended up finding that this store over charged me about $30 for this product. He charged me $44 for the unit that was on display. Yet, online there were plenty of places that sell it for as low as $12.99. Not really a place of business I trust anymore.
