Love this vape shop! The customer service is great and prices are reasonable. I don’t understand why people give 1 star for prices?! Like, that’s not an experience. My advice for the 1 star for prices is: If your to broke to come here, don’t!

I'm a heavy smoker and would like to quit. So I went in and spoke to Noah and he made me feel like I was making the right choice. So I bought the alien 220 w tc $200 . Came home to my wife and told her how much I spent she was out raged and went online and found the same exact one for $68 I feel so offended and ripped off then I will be there today to get my money back or get reimbursed for $100 . They are on trustworthy and will rip you off if they know you don't know anything about what you are buying thanks again Noah I appreciated your help

There oils are awesome.... but the policies SUCK... I bought a unit with extra coils and oil because mine had stopped working but the the one I bought @ $65.00 bucks was weak and had to be puffed like a old pipe the very next day I went back to return it in hopes of getting a stronger one @ $145.00 but they would not return the other unit..I was told there is a no return policy,, but no signs any where to let you know..... so now Im stuck with something I have no use for... cant even get instructions for it so I couldn't even give it as a gift..... and Im pretty sure that the Calif sate law is you can return just about anything in the first 24 hr... so I will have to find another place to shop.. they lost a customer...
