Every time I come to The Vapor Cave, it's always a great experience when choosing juices, devices, tanks, and anything under the sun. The staff is very knowledgeable with troubleshooting hardware and has genuine concern and care with the customer. Shawna and Austin are always handling my questions with choosing the best fit for devices/upgrades. I cannot thank you enough for everything here. I'm at a loss with the previous negative reviews. Some of them could either be false information from the reviewer, or the reviewer thinking it's a haggling shop in hopes to get free product. This shop has much better prices than the other shops in the area. Overall, The Vapor Cave is amazing and I highly recommend this shop and the staff here.

Buying juice here is good, asking questions for a novice such as myself good, the staff is very knowledgeable. However I just bought a new Vape from them that is defective, it doesn't charge after being plugged all night I get about 25% which is equivalent to maybe 5 puffs. I've been back to the store 4xs with this problem, they trouble shoot and pretty much tell me it's all in my mind. I have had an older vape that ive had for about 2yrs that worked great no problems at all. The only reason I got a new one is because I dropped it and got a crack in the tank. Now I'm out $80+ and a vape that doesn't work. Buy juice if you choose, ask questions get an answer, but.... Don't buy a new Vape they won't guarantee it. Pretty sad.
