The worst!! Do NOT shop at Michael's Vape Shop. I went in and bought a vaporizer pen. Spent about $60. Salesman was not knowledgeable about his product at all. I had to examine the merchandise myself to learn how it worked. I returned within an hr. to purchase one for my friend who has limited use of his hands. I was ready to buy a much more expensive unit that my friend could handle. The salesman came out of the back room. I asked to look at the more expensive models. He assumed I was wanting to exchange the one I had bought. I explained I was not but wanted to buy an additional unit of much higher quality. As I opened the box to examine it he said. " Okay. You opened it up so you bought it. Pay me for it!" Of course I did not. He was So rude that needless to say I left his store after a few choice words. He lost a big sale because of his demeanor and lack of customer service skills. I proceeded to a competitor Vaporizers Smoke Shop at 2755 N. Palm Canyon Dr. The gentleman there was so nice and knowledgeable. And his prices were much better for the exact product. Vaporizer Smoke Shop will get my business from now on. Needless to say I will NOT EVER return to Michael's Vape Shop.

It's a smoke shop not a real dedicated vapor shop. I bought some e-liquid there that I regret buying. You can't test the liquid that you buy. But if your there to buy anything else it's good. But wouldn't recommend for e-liquid.
