Though busy at times I've always been happy with the service at this shop. When they are busy you just fill out a returning customer card with your order. Bonus you can try any flavor you want for free, b4 u buy, amazing! Yesterday I accidentally bought a PG/VG mix instead of just VG, I'm hoping they will allow me to exchange them as the mix is too much of a throat hit for me. Update to come.

Absolutely love this company and this store!!! Everyone takes their time to explain everything to you so when you go home, you know what you're doing. They really do shoe how much they care. The products are fabulous and they have helped me kick my smoking habit, which is a huge bonus.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. I've had multiple problems on the 2 occasions I've been in here. I'm a new vapor user and just learning about all the things. First they lied about the model of e cigarette they were giving me. Then one of the people tried to sell me a wall charger I didn't want by sneaking it in the bag. When I got home ok noticed they sold me a used charger and the center pin had been pushed back and wouldn't charge by battery. I also purchased a few of the blunt tips for the bottles and noticed they didn't give me the rubber tips that are down to come with them. Both times I've been in there I notice a few of the employees will go into a back room and disappear while customers stack up in the front. There seems to be one good employ there but he can't do everything by himself. Overall I'm very disappointed and will either be buying online where prices are much cheaper out finding a legitimate store to buy from

New to vaping I had a ton of questions. They took the time to go over in detail all of my questions and set me up with a perfect set up. Ive gone back several times now and have gotten the same customer service on those occasions. This is the place to go if you need anything to do with vapor.

ALWAYS out of everything, they only sell maybe 3 mods, you can't buy wire or cotton....this place is useless. All the have is crappy house flavors, and unessesary accessories. I do not recommend this place, from the best top shop to now a pointless shop....useless.
