In this kind of industry where products and devices have relatively new technology; customer service as well as product knowledge is very important. I have had only positive experiences with the staff, everyone greets you as you enter, and they are very attentive to your questions and needs. I was especially impressed with the variety of Vape juices that they carry. I am one of the few people that do not care for a sweet Vape which makes it very hard for me to find something I like. This is my new favorite place for juice.

Way overpriced. Nice selection but they are obviously paying a lot of rent in that spot and passing the cost on to their customers. I would only return in an emergency, otherwise will order online or look elsewhere locally.

Always receive the best customer service here. As a Vapor for over 7 years and have been to several shops this is by far my favorite place. Extremely knowledgeable, and have everything even have hard to find items like protank coils. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for the best vape experience with high knowledge so you don't leave with questions about your purchase.

My husband went here Tuesday evening, completely unsatisfied in every single way. He needed and asked for V8 coils and suggestion on a melon juice. He didnt notice until he got home that the guy gave him a pack of V12 coils and menthol juice. Theres a sign that clearly states "no returns". Thanks for the wasted $50. Neither item is what he asked for. Check your product to make sure its what you think it is before you walk out.

Went in there just to check out what they have, employees were super friendly and answered all my questions. Ended up buying some juice because felt like they earned it. Great job!
