The products for vaping are way over priced and the man who helped me knew very little about vaping so he couldn't help with even the most basic questions. I assumed incorrectly that since he was sitting in vape section of the store he may have some basic knowledge but unfortunately did not. I would drive further to avoid this store.

The owner Edwin is an honest business man, he helped me out to fix my vape issue, he could have sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, but was honest and fixed my tank and replaced the coil. Just for his honesty I will be coming here all the time now for my vape needs and recommend to every one. I was there this morning with the Camo vape stick and the beefy tank (you gave me the analogy of a Toyota with a truck engine if you remember me) A+ shop

The customer service I received today from Edgar was awesome. As a smoker, I was unfamiliar with vapes, Edgar found a system at a decent price-point which was suitable for my needs. For any person wishing to quit smoking, I highly recommend that you stop by the business to see what options they have available for smokers which are trying to quit the habit. Also, for the Vaper enthusiast, the array of juices and other materials in stock are plentiful, check them out! I am confident that the friendly staff will go out of their way to find a product that will encourage smokers to vape. I will use Almond Smoke Shop for all my future Vape needs. Never ever had a problem with customer service.. Always friendly.. And if they are out of stock on something? Which it does happen anywhere you go people!!! They are real good at finding something that's is close to what you might be looking for. They are not pushy. Nor do they just try to sell you anything! Always send people over there..cause they are good people!

I like this place a lot. I find usually everything I need and I like their prices. My friend just asked me if they have "oil burners" there? Gee that I don't know. Probably. They got everything else. I find the staff very nice, no pressure, helpful when I am stumped on what to get someone. It's a kewl smoke shop. I've been to the competitors...... You know the guy who gave you guys the rotten review, His place is just like you'd expect. That's so funny. I love the owners come back. Very classy. Nailed it!!!! It's a few months later. Im seeing this being used on many businesses that are really good places to shop at so I know it's long but I want to take a minute to say the following. I'm adding to my review after seeing reviews about people being assaulted because they showed up while you are counting cash after hours and want you to open up to sell them something. I want to say. Is this another bad attempt by your competitors at hurting your good reviews? I've been guilty of showing up five minutes after closing but never had bad experience. Either I get what I need or I see you have closed registers out and too bad for me. I mean I'm a grown up and know that hours are hours of business and 9:01 tech is not hours of business. It's not at all wise for a business at closing to open its doors to someone being loud pounding on their door. It happens too often that this is just a trick to gain access into a business and rob the place after registers counted out. Holding employees at bay with a gun to their head. If I managed a business my employees safety is my responsibility. I wouldn't be opening the door to anyone accept maybe in a rare case of the door just got closed and it's a customer I'm sure isn't going to rob me, and they have cash and know what they want. My question then is.. really the reviewer below did you file charges and call cops like you said you were trying to do? What happened? I mean you make accusations that are pretty damaging but if it true you'd have truth to your statement. So where is your follow up? You just write a terrible review accusing a business of a crime of assaulting you but don't ever call police to report it. No one is charged with assault.? Why? This review thing as with everything else was to be a helpful thing for consumers and shop owners. Of course all good things get exploited and bad humans use it to falsely review a business or falsely accuse someone of something that didn't happen. Good reviews are a business's advertisement like a restaurant gets grades to put in their window with A and A plus what you want to see. Remember there's Karma people. Doing things like publishing false accusations has some bad karma tied to it. Just saying . If it true what you say I'm sorry to hear that. That's a terrible thing to have happen to you. But make it sound creditable by your follow up.
