Lacking n customer service....no greetings, just "how can I help you" as if *I* were in the wrong place. Tad bit rude if I do say so my self.... So much so I'm in the parking lot whining about it. I asked about their product perfect window to show me what they had to offer but the male behind the counter didn't budge. He simply replied "no we do carry what your looking for", END of conversation. Disappointed

I was happy with their customer service until I was sold an item that had already been opened and removed from its factory packaging. It did not function from the first time I put a battery in it. I promptly brought it back and asked for a replacement. My request was refused and I was told this was a manufacturing issue and probably happened because it was dropped. They offered to send it back to the manufacturer for service. I was offered no other option
