Yeah this place is bad I was going to go in here to but a carb cap but after reading the reviews I'm not a fan no more. Sad cause Lincoln is full of smoke shops and none of them I would give business to. Right now there is a sign posted on the front door saying be back in ten min well the time is 930 now and I've been here a little after 9 so much for ten minutes. With the sign reading open what horrible managers and employees that work at this place and own this place. I'll drive all the way to Auburn I didnt know these places sucked so bad out here.

I will only go in when Markus is here. Awesome customer service and really knows his stuff. I get nothing but good vibes when walking in when he is there. Great personality and genuinely cares about the customers needs. Any time i have a question about anything, on just about any product or item in the shop he has a straight answer with no hesitation. Gives great feedback and advice. I love coming here!

Used to come here every week for supplies. Staff changes have made this my absolute last resort. Rude staff, being ignored, talked down to, lied to and over charged have me amazed this place is still in business. I used to spend the extra money on retail mark up because its close and the people were cool. Took their time with me, showed me stuff, explained things etc. New people, new vibe. Sad. If it changes for the better I will update. But as of today, still bad.
