very rude :( costumer rep was not helpful at all. kept tapping his fingers giving sign for me to hurry up. felt like I was getting kicked out. wouldn’t let me look at the selection of glass. Never coming back won’t recommend. All looks like china glass. Everything looks fake.

You will never go wrong here. Sam is the man. He treats everyone like family, gives great deals, and has the best selection around. You can ask him to procure custom products too. Many years ago, I got him to start carrying premium cigarettes called Mild 7's. I'm not sure he still stocks them, but he ordered a case even though I only used to buy packs at a tine
