The owner Russ, the manager, and everyone who works here are always super nice and helpful. They have the best flavors of e liquid (Custard and Berry Dew are my faves), and they're always giving out coupon codes in their loyalty program!

I have never physically been to their location. A friend had let me try his juice cash berry (one of the best ever). I called to place an order, very helpful. Hard to believe these folks really exist. Treat you like family. Customer service, they set the standard. Keep up the good work. I need to make a trip out there one day.

The total package!! Excellent customer service. Always greeted with a friendly smile, and "Hello, how can I help you today?". Wide selection of great tasting e-juice. Mods/pens to suit everyone, from the new vaper to the more experienced. No-rush, very relaxed atmosphere. Convenient hours and locations.

Great service!!! I walked into this store with my new vape, had no idea how to change a coil i had in my possesion, the technician gave me a 10 minute tutorial on what to/not to do on changing my coil free of charge. There selection of juices are both great and affordable.
