I bought a vape kit from them only to have it break less than 24 hours later. I understand that they aren't responsible for the manufacturer's lack of quality control. However I went in today to see if they would exchange the broken item or if they could help me at all. I was told by the elderly man working the counter that they do not do any exchanges. He offered no sympathy, no suggestions on how to get this $60 paperweight working. I asked if he had any suggestions on getting in touch with the manufacturer and he replied quite rudely "look at the box." I passed by no less than 3 vape shops between Santa Rosa and healdsburg on my way to this establishment. I decided to try and support a small healdsburg business, I obviously made a mistake. I will never return to this store.

I went in today, as a smoker to try and see if vaping would work for me. Troy, the owner, is the real deal. Excellent service, took his time to explain everything to me.. I would absolutely recommend VaPin'Up. Awesome experience for a first timer.

Yelled at my wife while she had our 9 month old daughter in her hands to move out of the spot while the store was closed (sign or door said closed) while I unloaded laundry. Very unprofessional. When confronted he blatantly just said get out rather than being professional. Horrible service horrible person. Do NOT do business here!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

I believe he's the owner (older gentleman) was completely rude for no reason. Can not believe how absolutely rude he was. Will never visit this establishment and don't suggest anyone visit. Horrid human this man is.

Awesome store with very knowledgable and friendly staff. They have a wide variety of mods, tanks and RDA's and they are all reasonably priced. Got myself a great setup .Their juice menu is fantastic with something for everyone to enjoy with a wide range of flavors. I just moved here to Northern California and this will be my go to shop. Go see Troy at VapinUp.... You'll be happy you did.
