Customer service was amazing! I tried to purchase a vapor oil bottle for $9.99 and service was phenomenal. I was greeted immediately after entering. The gentlemen was kind enough to honor an advertised price on there Riverside stores website. The store was very inviting and overall, the guys here know there product! You guys must buy your juices here and any mods or new vapes! Prices are fair, employees are knowledgeable and provide unrivaled customer service for a vape shop. This place has earned my business and I will continue buying here I am a customer service manager for over 10 years and know good service when I see it so 5 stars to you guys at ecig city
