The first time I went to Vital Vapes, Matt was the only one working. I remember because he was knowledgeable and approachable. I don't buy anything from a shop if I feel like the employees suck. Matt made a good first impression, he knew Ohm's Law, he was familiar with the e-liquid selection and could hand pick flavors to recommend. I've been to so many shops, only to leave disappointed, due to the employees lack of information or effort. Vital Vapes is a home grown business. This business will be among the top shops in Sacramento, because the owners are diligent, intelligent and patient. This is my favorite shop in the Sacramento area. Don't waste your time with sub-par shops, if you want an experienced, knowledgeable staff, top quality products and a fair price, go to Vital Vapes.

Ashley was awesome....sat down going through juice selections and they even had a special on juices. Love the vibe, music and she was very informative. Love that this store is so close to home. I will be back again and would highly recommend for new and advanced users to come in and look around. Some unique tanks, mods, and juice selection. Love this place. This is the 17th store I have been to in my travels in the 11 western states and ranks up in the top 5 for service and unique selection.

By far the best vape shop in the greater Sacramento area. I have been going to this shop since they opened, traveling over an hour but it is always woth the drive. Stan the man and his staff are always providing top notch customer service. I have been to countless other shops and have not found a better experience.

The staff was really freindly. Helped me find a great juice at a great price. Hell they even had a ping pong table. I also got second hand Nick-ed which is always nice😂
