Knowledgeable staff who are friendly and approachable. They're not afraid to refer you elsewhere if they don't have certain stock too. The venue itself is inviting.

Nice guys but wasted 25 dollars on juice because the dropper was broken with glass shards in it and they refused to exchange it for a new one. They also admitted to running into that problem themselves. Will not return to a company that won't back up there products and im certainly not interested in inhaling glass. Was going to buy more juice with that visit but I'll continue going to the places that want you to feel confident in there products to ensure repeat customers. It would've been in there best interest to do so since repeat business is 80% of a company's income.
