This business never answers their phone and neither does The Bee location in Lincoln CA!! Not answering the phone is beyond terrible customer service to say the least! I will not be spending any more of my money at this “business” I’m new to vaping and vaping is not cheap so good customer service is very important! I highly recommend The Galleria Vape and Smoke in Roseville. They ALWAYS answer the phone and provide excellent customer service above and beyond when I’ve gone into the store many times. They have helped me with every single question or concern etc. even when they weren’t obligated to!!! FORGET The Bee!!!! Galleria Vape and Smoke is the place to go!

I've been here 4 times. Bought my mod from there. The 3 times were to fix problems they caused. And it was overpriced. Morons behind the counter know nothing.

Nice vape shop. They have lots of mods and tanks to choose from and lots of replacement coils. Juice selection is very respectable. Staff is friendly and helpful.
