I've been going to regal cinemas in parkway plaza since it was first built. It's a nice big space for a movie theater. The lobby/down stairs food counter is huge with probably a 60' tall roof. They have escalators, stairs and even in elevator to get to the upper floor. Their prices are right in line with other theaters. I like this theater especially because it's in the middle of the mall. Either before or after your movie you can cruise around or grab a bite to eat. The reason it's not 5 stars is due to their seating. Too close together and the seats need to be updated.

It had been a while since I'd gone to this movie theater. They have upgraded the seats and have added more food items to their menu. I enjoyed the ease of using a bar-code to present our tickets and really had an overall good experience. Still not great with customer service or signage of where to go, but watched the movie and left.

I had purchased tickets online through my place of employment who has a partnership with Regal. I had the vouchers ready on my phone for the box office attendant to scan, but he said he needed an actual print out on a piece of paper in order for them to be accepted. I ended up buying a whole other set of tickets since the show time was in a few minutes. What's the point in having all this technology for convenience if we can't use it?

This theatre has 2-3 levels. It also has escalators and stairs. There's a small video game area on ground level. They also have a small party room for birthday parties. No recliner seats. Nice and reasonable prices.

This place is super over priced!!! We went there with a fandango gift card only to find out that they do not take it at the box office so we were forced to purchase online with a $3 fee. Then we went to get popcorn and soda and their prices were outrageous and they offered no combination meal or anything. The seats had armrest that do not move. Just hated the overall experience!! And will only be going to Reading cinemas from now on!!!
