The employees are great and I would give them 5 stars. But the shops no return, period, policy is insane. I bought a kit here that stopped working literally hours after I bought it and they couldn't do anything for me. I get the policy is enforced by management and it's not fault to the employees but it's pretty messed up that I'm just out $80. The employees seemed to want to help me they just couldn't due to the policy. I get why they have it but if I'm sold a faulty a product, the employees tried their best to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it too, then I should AT LEAST be able to get a replacement.

Great guys, friendly, knowledgable. Helped me pick out a new mod and tank while saving some money and helped my brother pick his first starter kit in less than 30 minutes. Super interactive with customers, let me try out his own personal tank/vape to help make my decision. This is my new go to vape shop

Excellent selection, excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff.. my go-to vape shop in Orange County and that was before I found out they sell pre-made kanthal coils which are next to impossible to find. Now they're the only place I go.
