STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!! Purchased a Smok mag 225 kit for over $90 with juices and accessories spent over $190 there They sell online for under $55 but I had to have it Thing malfunctioned from the start Had it set for 60watts thing would jump to all different wattages ( not stored in my pocket). Thing would turn off on its own , display would stay on till I took the batteries out just a headache. I don't live close to there store Went back to store 5 1/2 days later and told owner lady the problems , she has no knowledge on how to repair, but she clicked some buttons and nothing She said I needed to plug mod into my computer and do an update on it ( like that's gonna fix it ) I asked her how do you do this update She had no clue Said I needed to contact smok to resolve problem People save ur $$$ and stay away from this place I didn't want a refund I just wanted a properly functioning mod that I paid for Now I have something that's doesn't work like it's supposed to . If a company can't back the quality and integrity of the products they sell then they shouldn't be in business !!!

Great friendly service the lady Erin was a big help for my dad and I both first-time vape users she answered all of our questions helped to get us started and use right away ...will definitely be a repeat customer ....
