The staff is knowledgeable but have bad attitudes toward customers. Our first visit the sales woman was well informed and helped us get started and set us up with a 30-day return policy, no questions asked. My partner got a Breeze 2 and found that the coil crackles a lot and actually spat liquid at him which burned his tongue. We took it back for our no questions asked return and the sales woman was very rude and argued that it was supposed to work that way. She allowed us to exchange it in the end even though it had a couple minor scratches, but it was a very bad experience and we will not be returning to this location. The staff is knowledgeable about their products but I don't think we should have to defend ourselves for wanting to return a device that spits burning liquid.

Staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. The salesperson spent ages answering all my questions and helping me arrive at the right product for me. They have a decent variety and not exorbitantly expensive. Would recommend to a friend!

Went in earlier this week to buy some juice. Really good selection, fair prices. They also have a pretty decent selection of mods which was nice to see. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. One of the closer vape shops to my work so I’ll be back.

So much juice to choose from. I love it. Amazing selection on juice. Love jam monster! The employees are really knowledgeable, and they have a passion for vaping. I will be referring my friends and everyone I speak too to come here !!!

What's with the good pricing stuff .. they sell 30mls for 20 dollars .. that's not good pricing at all ... Just wasted my gasoline !!
