Always had very good service with these guys. Sat down with me and personally spun coils and went beyond normal service compared to their competitors in the area. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to learn about vaping.

This is a great shop, love that the owners work in the shop, its nice to see that the staff is knowledgeable.. as I work in the industry it's nice to see the staff not just tell but also show the customers how everything is done. They also have very competitive pricing. Good amount of products.. Just all around great shop to come and hang out with great people. For a shop that has been around for less then a year they are doing a FANTASTIC JOB . Keep it up guys

A great vape store with a great staff I have been to and bought vape stuff from different retailers before I discovered this Vapetrunk Vape S tore in Port Moody. I don't know why I didn't noticed this vape store before when I've been living in Port Moody 10 plus years. The staff and management at this store are friendly and helpful. Just the other day I bought a battery charger and a pack coils and I ask the manager why I am not getting consistent performance out of each new coils. Right off the bat he ask me about how I prep and set up my tank,I told him and he pointed it out what I was doing wrong and also added some really helpful tips to get the most out of each coil. Lo and behold when I got home I follow his helpful tips...I got good results from my new coils and this elevated my vape experience. A BIG thanks to the management and his staff. The advice I got were more helpful than dozens of youtube video I watched. This is my go to vape store period for all my vaping needs.
