I bought a W01 (Juul like kit) and had it for less than a month and I pull the USB charge off after charging and the battery/internal housing came out. I tried to push it back and use it but it would hit at all. I went back and chatted with the one of the workers and he asked the owner if we are able to replace it and they did free of charge with no hassle! Very happy with the customer service and been going back for a while now!
