Owner was very rude, and judging by the other comments this is not a rare occurrence. Considering the abundance of options consumers have for stores of this type (many of them with friendly, helpful staff), I don't know why anyone would choose to shop there. So here's a little advice for the owner: lose the attitude.

This review is not based on the quality of products but soley based on the customer service. Arrogant, short and rude. No time for that when I can go to other vape stores that have the same products and better attitudes.

CUSTOMERS BEAWARE !!! This guy charges different prices all the time, always uping prices for same product. One day it's $30 for E juice ( GONZO LAB SAUCE 60ML) then a week later its $35. Just bought it from an other store for same product & size for $19.95 .Really $15 dollars higher what a ripe off

I started vaping in January and bought my first vape there. I've been loyally going to see them and usually I let things roll off my back but today was the last time i will give my money to them. I was advised to buy a "better quality" coil for my device. Turns out the staff member was undertrained and giving misinformation. I continually had problems with said coil and though I was in there three times for the same problem of my rig telling me the coil had shorted or wasn't there. It wasn't until the third time I went with the problem did he tell me the employee sold me the wrong ones. I told the owner I thought the coil was faulty and he kept insisting"I call bs, in all my time there has very rarely been a coil issues" , and that it must be something "I" am doing wrong. Granted the coil wasn't faulty just the wrong one. So why would he not have taken care of this either the first or second time I was there. He never once truly tried to help but rather blame. I rarely review a company but this is enough. He may know his stuff with vaping but has ZERO people and or customer service skills, especially after sale. Funny how nice he is when your buying his overpriced products but how poorly he treats you when there's a problem. I will never shop there again and will advise anyone I know to shop elsewhere. I know these reviews mean nothing to him. But atleast he can see how many current and future customers he will be losing.

RE: Haney Vape Supply response to Bradley Weinberger review As a business owner I wouldn’t normally comment on such a rude response by a fellow competitor to his client that obviously shopped many times before at both vape shops and got to know both prices and customer service first hand. But since you’ve mentioned me and my employee by name for no good reason, I feel obliged to do so. Insulting a client is never good but especially hurtful when done to someone who is under financial distress having his car broken and in need of repair. When one of my clients broke a leg and couldn’t come to the store, I personally delivered few bottles of juice to him at a discount price knowing how expensive medical bills can be. At iVape we don’t give anyone free stuff so they can put bad reviews on competitors sites. We don’t pay anyone to steal their street signs or mouth off our competitors. We don’t rip off competitor’s labels and slap them on our own products. We don’t call our suppliers with threats to make them pull their juice from our competitor’s store. We don’t kick anyone out of the store because they carry a competitor’s vape band. And we don’t treat bad reviews as personal insults because we know, that even a bad review is a lesson to learn from, not an insult. At iVape we treat everyone with the same respect and courtesy regardless of their bank account or how much money they spend. We work with our customers on resolving issues to the best of our abilities, even if it’s past the 30 days warranty. We pride ourselves to be a store for everyone, it’s in our hearts and in the service we provide. And yes, we have frequent sales on premium juices for $10 a bottle. Art, shop owner, iVape
