Staff is friendly enough, knowledgeable and helpful. They took a good amount of time to explain battery safety (which I *really* appreciate) and help me set up/understand my device. I personally wasn't a fan of the varieties of the juice flavors that were offered as house blends here. They're a good price and definitely will appeal to people who like to customize their juices so I think they still deserve a good rating for their house blends despite the fact that I personally was unable to find a flavor that I enjoyed.

Their house made e juice tastes really weird. And I’ve tried a few. They make me feel really sick and the juice made my pico taste disgusting. I changed the coil and cleaned everything out and the nasty taste is still stuck in it.
