Jessie was a good guy to talk to, even beyond general vape stuff. Had a good experience with him and he was clearly more dedicated to getting the right product for you, then trying to maximize on the money he could get from you. His product knowledge was on point and he made sure to get a laugh from you as well.

I am new to vaping. I went to another Vape store told them them so. They showed me a vape pen and told me they wanted $35.00 for it. I did not buy it. Next I went to Vape Street and was shown the exact same product but the price was $15.00. Not only that, a charging cord was thrown in for free. I will be returning for all me vaping needs. Thank you Vape Street.!

After going to every vape shop in west kelowna i went to Vape Street. I Showed up at 6:15 and sadly they were closed. Jessie comes out and i ask him if anywhere else is open and he says no. Then after a few minutes he gets out of his vehicle and Tells me that he can quickly help me. This man Brought me into the closed shop and let me Buy what i needed. He truly is an example of a wonderful employee. Thank you Jessie. You go above and beyond.
