Horrible customer service. I visited two times, and both of the time, they were being extremely rude. This is the closest vape shop near my home, but I would rather go to the one that's fur away. Don't bother coming here and hurt your feelings.

One of the worst customer service ever. Not only the guy was extremely rude but they made me come to store for something they didn't even have in stock. I drove 40 minutes to go to the shop after messaging on Facebook, when I was in store they said they didn't have, I was disappointed but it was still ok and I wanted to buy another mod and some juice. Then this new guy walks in also the fourth owner to the store, and he says " I cannot hold a product for you for two months" and I repeatedly told him I messaged yesterday not two months ago. The message that was two months ago, since then I had come to your store 100 + times with colleagues and bought bunch of stuff, and a different mod. He still kept on saying yeah I wont hold stuff for you for two months. I showed him the facebook message, he said yeah whatever I am not going to hold stuff two months. In rude tone. Anyways never going back to this place ever again and will make sure none of my friends or colleagues come here either.
